General
-------
This is the first release of LiteXMLParser (LXP). This module is based on the
MinML2 SAX 2 parser developed by John Wilson.

Known issues
------------
* LXP supports the SAX 2 "namespaces" feature, but no other features or
  properties. It reads DTDs but ignores them.
