  The lxp.jar file contains a META-INF/service/javax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory
  file to register the SAXParserFactory with the JVM.

* LXP supports the SAX 2 "namespaces" feature, but no other features or
  properties. It reads DTDs but ignores them.
